Each pass requires a mandatory drink fee of 700 yen paid in cash upon pass exchange. One drink ticket is issued per pass and is valid at participating venues throughout the festival period (excluding Namba Hatch). Admission requires attendees to be six years of age or older; preschool children are not permitted. Dangerous activities, including moshing and stage diving, are strictly prohibited.
